For a few weeks now we have been reading through some Scripts – These were (in no particular order) Gigi, My One and Only, Annie get your Gun and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum
Those who were present at the read throughs voted tonight to choose The Greshwin show “My One and Only”*
It originally Opened at the St. James Theatre in New York on May 1, 1983. 767 performances. Book by Peter Stone and Timothy S. Mayer. Directed and choreographed by Tommy Tune and Thommie Walsh (with uncredited assistance from Mike Nichols). Produced by Paramount Theatre Productions, Francine LeFrak, Kenneth-Mark Productions, King Street Productions, and Lewis Allen.
