Constitution Class
To apply to be a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) the committee has had to make some changes to the Spotlight constitution again to be in line with the SCIO framework. We would like to get the changes agreed by the membership at the AGM on the 23rd of June. If all members could read the amended constitution and any queries about changes should be emailed to moirabeaton@hotmail.co.uk by 16th June. If anyone has trouble accessing the constitution online again email Moira and it will be emailed to you.
