Tuesday 6th & Thursday 8th October
The focus of Tuesday’s session was blocking the “battle” at the end of Act II. Steevie took the principals while Louisa worked on dancing with the chorus. The group then met up and ran the scene again adding in the chorus. John seems to definately get the worst of being thrown around the stage!
On Thursday we ran the whole of Act II (minus the boxing) and everyone did really well. The highlight for me was at the end of the evening watching “The Merry Men” song. I’m not sure who enjoys it more – the Merry Men (and woman!) or the chorus!!!
