Tues 20th & Thur 22nd Oct
Tuesday’s rehearsal involved going over some of the scenes with the chorus in so we started with the opening scene and also worked on the classroom scene. I (Ellie) was standing in for Kevin for the school scene and realised how tough on the bones this acting thing can be as I ended up on the floor numerous times!!
On Thursday we were in the Corran Halls and Louisa was in charge going through placement for several of the dance numbers. I know I found it extremely useful to see how big (or small!) the stage was since it’s been a few years since I was on it.
Thursday also marked six weeks till opening night which is slightly scary – lots of hard work required in the next 6 weeks.
