Oban Spotlight Musical Theatre Group @ 50

As some of you may be aware this year Spotlight will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary.

At a recent committee meeting the suggestion was made that we host a Gala Evening with a variety of songs and dances from previous performances and even the whole compacted version of Guys & Dolls as this was very popular last week.

As it is in the very early stage of production and at this point we are looking to see who would like to be involved, either to sing as part of the group, duo or soloists.

If you feel you would like to take part please let me know so we can start to compile a list of suitable songs, if you would like to sing a solo or duet please let me know what songs you may like to sing.

We are hoping if this happens it would be in the Corran Halls possibly on a Friday night in late July with a paying audience.

There will also be a 50th Party later in the year again this is in the early stages of planning.
