Final draft of Constitution

Here’s the final draft of the new constitution for members to read and approve before the Special General Meeting on Wednesday 2nd April at 7.30pm at The Great Western Hotel. Click here to view the document.
Any amendments that you wish to put forward to the constitution must be requested in writing with a seconder to the secretary at moirabeaton@hotmail.co.uk before the meeting on the 2nd.
All members are requested to attend the meeting and apologies should be intimated to the secretary before the meeting.
