NAME: | Morven Wright |
CHARACTER IN THE SHOW: | Hold Me Touch Me |
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU AREN’T ON STAGE? | In the summer I run my guest house.  In the winter I try to catch up with all the things I couldn’t do in the summer. And I sleep alot! |
WHAT IS YOUR BACK-GROUND IN PERFORMING? | I sang in my primary school choir then started playing the flute when I was 8. Â I performed with the school band and orchestra. Â I was also in the orchestra when I first played for Spotlight MTG way back in 1983. |
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST ROLE ON STAGE? | Tracy Lord in High Society which was my first time ever on stage! |
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SONG IN THE PRODUCERS? | Along Came Bialy and Till Him |
WHAT PART OF THE SHOW ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO? | All of It! but I laugh at the audition scene every time – it’s hilarious! |
WHAT IS YOUR ALL-TIME FAVOURITE MUSICAL? | Since seeing The Producers on stage in Glasgow it has been my favourite for it’s brilliant comedy. Â And for it’s sheer in-your-face entertainment value, it’s got to be Rocky Horror. |
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DREAM MUSICAL ROLE? | I don’t think I have one in particular, though I do prefer to play a comedy character. Â Maybe my dream role is still to come. |
