URGENT: Move It! Move It! Shake that Set!
As you probably know the plans for moving the set have changed slightly due to problems with the access
The new plan is….
Everyone that was available to help pack/dismantle and move the set please be at the Great Western at 10.30 on Sunday (10th).
The plan is to clear the main room (as much of is at possible) into the Van at that time and move everything else to the forward store for collection later.
IF the weather is nice we may then deposit the set outside of the CH and come back for the rest – IF NOT – unloading of everything will be at 1pm as planned (And then going back for the rest)
There may be a break between finishing and the 1pm Return at the Corran Halls.
Movement of the Tracks will be at the CH from 1pm onwards
