We have had a few calls to our Box Office today where people think we are sold out and asking for any returns that they can purchase
Just to clarify –
Not only that – really good tickets as well – they are nice paper, printed professionally, little perforations down the middle, some nice graphics and colours and everything – they even have little ticket numbers on them… and you can choose where you want to sit! Patsy says that some of them smell of elderberries – but we think he is just making that up!
Come and be part of the Adventure that is “SPAMALOT” – (see the video below) – Book Your Tickets Today! (And if you feel inclined please share this post – Patsy will be ever so grateful!)
It’s the Spamalot Dress Rehearsal tonight in the Corran Halls… So its time to put on makeup, its time to dress up right – Last minute touches are in progress crew are assembling, painters are painting, costume makers are costume making, the Director is ….. well you get the picture!
Still lots of tickets available from the Corran Halls Box Office 01631 567333 or pop in and see them.
MONDAY 20TH FEBRUARY
The scaffolding is being delivered for us to the Corran Halls. We will have access from 12pm on Monday 20th to hopefully 10pm . We need to build the scaffold on Monday if possible and face it with hardboard before Thursday 23rd.
We need men and/or strong/experienced ladies from the Group from 5pm to help build the scaffold and people to help face the scaffolding before Thursday
Do you know of experienced professionals who will help put it together for a pint and a bag of pork scratchings?! (Sally is paying….)
Please contact Sally ASAP if you can help
Spotlight MTG are very sad to hear of the passing of Lynn Galbraith, a member of our group who lit up the stage with her beautiful voice.
She sang with Maestro Heald-Smith and was also known to many of us through his Minstrels group.
A gracious and caring lady. Our love and condolences to her husband Colin and all their family.
We are also very sad to hear of the passing of Betty Moncrieff.
Betty and her husband Ken were involved with the group for some time.
Betty undertook some choreography for us a number of times and both her and Ken assisted with the technical side of things.
This lovely lady will be missed very much and our condolences go to Ken and all her family
Over the years many many pictures have been taken at rehearsals and dress rehearsals and backstage corridors.
We have a small growing section dedicated to this – The latest batch provided for us by Margaret Cooper
The whole gallery can be found by clicking here and also in “Media” in the menu.
