2016 AGM

Spotlight MTG’s Annual General Meeting has been set for Thursday 16th June 2016. The meeting will be held at Oban Guide Hall and will commence promptly at 7.30pm, refreshments will be available from 7pm.
Agenda’s and a Committee Candidate Forms (along with this date notification) have been sent to all current members already but should you wish a copy please contact Sheena on 01631 565890.
If any member wishes to add any other competent business to the agenda of the meeting they must inform the secretary in writing (email or posted) seven days before the meeting.
The committee candidate form should be used by those wishing to stand for election of for proposal of a committee candidate by any other member to the management committee.
